These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jezzbus governing your use of the platform, its games, promotions, payment services, and all related features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account at jezzbus. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Payment Method Ownership
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted and will result in account review.
Prohibited Jurisdictions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jezzbus, you confirm your agreement to these terms in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between jezzbus ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the jezzbus website and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("you", "the Player", "the User").
By completing the registration process and creating an account at jezzbus, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of each visit or session;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are accessing jezzbus voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using jezzbus immediately and, if you hold an existing account, request its closure via the customer support team. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms in their current form.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
jezzbus is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration and gameplay are permitted only to individuals who satisfy all eligibility criteria below.
To register and maintain an active account at jezzbus, you must satisfy — and continue to satisfy — all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jezzbus operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration, or at any point during their use of the platform, will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds and bonuses forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
- Personal use: You must be registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other individual, business, or organisation.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on jezzbus or, where applicable and known to the platform, on any other gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of jezzbus, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest with respect to gameplay or promotion eligibility.
jezzbus complies with responsible gaming obligations and actively uses age-verification technology during the registration and first-withdrawal processes. Where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements above, it reserves the right to suspend the account, request documentary evidence, and — where the suspicion is confirmed — close the account and handle associated funds in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.
Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. jezzbus makes no warranty that its services are legally available in any particular location. Accessing jezzbus from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited is entirely at the player's own risk.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Accurate registration information and timely completion of identity verification are mandatory conditions of maintaining a jezzbus account.
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at jezzbus, you must complete the online registration form truthfully and accurately. The following information is required at the point of registration:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document);
- Date of birth;
- Residential address (including city and division — e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh);
- Valid email address;
- Active mobile telephone number registered in Bangladesh;
- A unique, secure password of your own choosing.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. jezzbus is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration data.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account at jezzbus at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where the platform identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account (at its discretion), void any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jezzbus is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at other points in the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: large deposit volumes, changes to registered payment methods, or suspicious account activity indicators.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear photographic copies of:
- Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months and displaying your registered address;
- Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation document demonstrating ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being placed under review. jezzbus processes KYC submissions within 3 business days under normal conditions.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jezzbus account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jezzbus strongly recommends enabling the optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account security settings. You must notify jezzbus customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

- Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions at jezzbus are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and processed through the payment methods listed below.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests at jezzbus are subject to the following conditions:
- The account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed (see Section 3.3).
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval has been granted by jezzbus support.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for all payment methods.
- Standard withdrawal processing begins within 2 hours of request submission for verified accounts. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members receive prioritised processing as described in the VIP program terms.
- jezzbus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳100,000 in a single transaction or ৳500,000 in a rolling 30-day period. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.
4.4 Currency & Fees
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals at jezzbus are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jezzbus does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their bank or mobile wallet provider.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All jezzbus bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general conditions below and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
jezzbus offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and IPL / BPL cricket seasons.
Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by jezzbus:
- One bonus per player: Each qualifying player is entitled to claim a specific promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered at the multiplier specified in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution table for each promotion is published in the individual promotion's terms.
- Expiry: All bonuses have a validity window, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity window will expire and be removed from the account balance.
- Bonus abuse: jezzbus employs algorithmic and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have winnings voided and accounts closed.
5.2 VIP Loyalty Program
The jezzbus VIP loyalty program operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier eligibility is assessed monthly based on rolling 30-day wagering volume. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account manager access — are described in full on the jezzbus platform and are subject to the general bonus conditions above where applicable.
jezzbus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any individual player's VIP tier status at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers
jezzbus reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will generally be permitted to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original terms, subject to the platform's discretion.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games hosted on jezzbus are sourced from certified providers and operate under independently audited Random Number Generator systems.
jezzbus acts as a distributor of games developed and certified by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, Play'n GO, and others. The rules governing individual games are set by the respective game developers and are accessible within each game's information panel.
All games featured on jezzbus operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, certified dealing procedures conducted by trained croupiers in professional studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the respective game's information panel.
- In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, jezzbus's recorded server-side game log shall constitute the definitive record of the game outcome. The platform's decision in respect of game outcomes affected by technical issues is final.
- Game outcomes that cannot be determined due to a verified technical malfunction may, at jezzbus's discretion, be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
- Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in game software to generate winnings is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with jezzbus games on behalf of a player is strictly prohibited.
For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other available markets — jezzbus reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of the underlying event is called into question, where a clear pricing error is identified, or where the outcome is subject to official adjudication following an event irregularity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
By using jezzbus, you agree that you will not — directly or indirectly — engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Money laundering: Using jezzbus to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity. jezzbus is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity where required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players, whether in live casino, poker, or sports betting contexts, to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute on any deposit made to jezzbus without first contacting the platform's support team to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
- System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, RNG vulnerabilities, pricing mistakes in betting markets, or any other unintended platform behaviour to generate financial gain.
- Automated access: Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, macros, or any automated tool to access, interact with, or extract data from jezzbus without express written authorisation.
- Abuse of support staff: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward jezzbus employees or contracted customer support agents.
- Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or any other reason.
jezzbus's decision regarding whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where prohibited conduct is established, the platform reserves the right to close the account, void all pending and settled bonuses and winnings, withhold remaining deposits pending investigation, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where the conduct involves fraud or criminal activity.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
jezzbus and its players both hold rights to initiate account suspension or permanent closure under the conditions described below.
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your jezzbus account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure request will be forfeited.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling behaviour — please inform the support team of this when making your closure request. The platform will process your request as a self-exclusion, which provides additional safeguards including a block on future re-registration during the exclusion period.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by jezzbus
jezzbus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling;
- Duplicate account identification;
- Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring account suspension;
- Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). jezzbus will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy classification. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain withdrawable upon reactivation, subject to completion of current KYC requirements. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts after 24 months of confirmed inactivity, as permitted by applicable law.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to restrict their own access to jezzbus for responsible gaming purposes may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect within minutes of confirmation. During an active self-exclusion, the account cannot be accessed, re-opened, or the exclusion reversed before the specified period has elapsed — this is a deliberate design feature intended to protect the player.

Limitation of Liability
jezzbus provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall jezzbus's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made to that player's account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on jezzbus — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of jezzbus or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from jezzbus without express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jezzbus, you should first contact our customer support team by email at support@jezzbus with full details of your complaint. jezzbus undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All support is available in English.
jezzbus's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account closure is final, subject only to demonstrable platform error supported by server-side game logs. Financial disputes involving third-party payment providers must be escalated to the relevant provider after jezzbus has confirmed the platform's position.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms in force at the relevant time, constitute the entire agreement between you and jezzbus with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
